Objectives and context
TERO realized the evaluation of the Transfronterizo program promoting common territorial development between South Colombia and North Ecuador. This program was executed by AVSF and its local partners in the Indian cross-border territory of Pasto against a background of local political tensions and high pressure on natural resources. The Transfronterizo project aimed to develop the participative management of territories, to enhance the market access, to promote negotiations between local communities and authorities and to transfer the Pasto experience to national and international levels.
