Objectives and context

TERO carried out the elaboration of the strategic plan of the cocoa federation Feccano, and the formulation of a new phase of the Procacao program managed by AVSF for the period 2017-2019. AVSF supports Feccano since 2008 and obtained relevant results as the development of a quality certified cocoa chain and the commercialization on high value markets with good prices for producers. However, different issues need to be strengthened: volume increase of the cocoa sold by Feccano and financial autonomy of the cooperatives for example, and AVSF wants to follow its support with a new phase of the Procacao program.
