Objectives and context
Co-financed by AFD for a period of 42 months (October 2014 - March 2018), the Development of Farmer's Fish Farming Support Project - Stage 2 (PADPP/DFFFSP 2) seeks to set up a system enabling a large scale dissemination (several thousand producers) for carp farming techniques in rice fields, relying on the training and support of relay farmers. APDRA requested TERO to carry out a specific assessment mission of the relay farmer proposal and results in order to generate a collective reflection to improve this methodology.
