Objectives and context
TERO realized the intermediate evaluation of the social management of water component of the Secal project in Haiti. This project, co-founded by the AFD and the European Union, is a food security project and it aims to develop agricultural chains of values, as corn or poultry farming, and the irrigation for the producers of the South Department of Haiti.
