Objectives and context
AFD asked TERO to realize a formulation mission for an irrigation and agricultural advising program supporting the Armenian Ministry of Agriculture. AFD granted a sovereign loan to the Armenian government for the development of irrigation infrastructure and an ENPARD European program facility. For this mission, TERO provided an agroeconomist expert specialized in project design.
